Question Bios problem??

Hello I am new to the computer scene and this forum as well, i just have few questions and concerns if anybody could please help, recently just purchased a gaming rig haven't really done any big changes to it just started downloading games, etc.. and first question? My ram is 3600mhz but running at 2133 I enable xmp and it does not work so after trying to research the solution ..now when I enter bios I try to manually enter values it like lags when I type (example: if i type 1 it would type 111111) so i would erase then the bios just starts flickering. My setup is ryzen 7 3700x
16gb g skill ripjaws v
Msi Rtx 2070 super
Gigabyte aurous x570 elite wifi

If you're unsure of the specs to the parts, please pass on an image of all the parts' stickered information. You should also take note of which BIOS version you're on at the moment. If there are any BIOS updates pending, we can guide you to the steps in updating the BIOS.

Motherboard: Gigabyte autos x570 Wifi Elite
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB 3600Mhz (8x2)
SSD1: 500GB Firecuda 520 M.2 Pcie 4.0 nvme/
SSD2: 1 TB WD Blue
GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Super Ventus GP OC
PSU: 850 watt Inwin 80+ Gold Full Modular
OS: Windows 10

Note: I checked my ram on the QVL list wen i first tried enabling XMP so i purchased New RAM

***Ram: Corsair Vengence Lpx 3200Mhz 8x2
I recieve the corsair Ram today, so the G.Skill is. still In my PC

Hello I am new to this but my new computer when I go into my bios it's just starts flickering and lagging really bad and i dont know alot about PC and I paid for pc repair service they worked on it for 4 hours and still is not fixed..I think its corrupted but i am not sure and everything on windows/games works fine because I think have Dual Bios.. I will be grateful for any advice thank you.
