Question bios problem

so i have this problem whne i go to bios im missing a part of the screen , bios is up to date , im using benque zowie xl 1440p , 144hz monitor
MOBO : X570 AORUS MASTER
CPU: ryzen 5900x
RAM:g.skill TZ meo 32gig
GPU gigaabayt 6900xt arorus

im dont know how to send a pic
the top part of the screen is litle flickering and i dont see the top part , and i happend in windows instal menu , after puting a normal rez, i was normal
