Bios problem

i use P5K mobo n everytime i turn off the PSU, the bios resets to default. i wanna know why is this happening? is it because of the mobo's batery?

i also wanna know how to set the cpu speed fix at the highest clock (multiplier 10.0) i'm using E7300 btw

It should be the battery... look for some CR2032 batteries at your local store... about $3 AUD... not expensive so just try it...
