BIOS question...

hi
how can i flash my BIOS in win2k pro??? coz i read somewhere that u have to make bootable disk load the bios file on it and flash it from bootable disk... but in win2k it is not possible to make a bootable disk... so anyways how can i flash my BIOS in win2k pro?
