Question BIOS question

I've purchased a new PSU, Case and Motherboard and have installed everything; press the power button and no POST; fans light up and spin (but not GPU) checked the 2 ram sticks individually in all DIMM slots, reapplied fresh thermal paste to GPU just in case, just about to troubleshoot CPU and PSU.

However before I do that I just wanted to ask, I have a Ryzen 7 3700X, my new motherboard is a Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite V2, on the box it says "AMD Ryzen 5000 Desktop Ready"

Does my mobo have the right BIOS?

The Ryzen 7 3700x is supported since Bios F1, it means when the motherboard left the factory.
