Bios question?

I know this is a stupid question, but are you able to revert to an earlier version of your bios by flashing with that earlier version? I read somewhere that someone did this, and I was under the impression that the only way to do so other than passing a giant magnet over the rom chip was to replace the current one with another rom chip.

Yes as long as you still have the older version, just reflash and use the older flash, but don't be putting a magnet in there, just reflash all you're doing is reprograming the BIOS chip.
