Hey everyone!

I'm looking at my RAM speed and it's currently set in the BIOS to 3200Mhz. It's two sticks of 16 GB DDR4. However, HWiNFO reports it as 1600Mhz. Task manager, on the other hand, reports it at 3200Mhz and so does the command prompt. Which is my correct RAM speed? I'm worried that I'm not getting the 3200Mhz speed that I've set it at. Some clarification would be nice.

Thank you!

Solution
DDR means "double data rate", i.e. the data transfer rate is double the actual memory clock. Some sources reports the memory clock speed (hwinfo), other report the data transfer rate. You have nothing to worry about.
