[SOLVED] BIOS reads lower settings

So I’ve booted this same motherboard, same cpu, and same ram before and got 4.4ghz of cpu (5 3600x) and 3000mhz (2*8 ddr4 3000mhz ram). But after booting into BIOS again it reads my CPU as 3.8 ghz and my ram at 2666mhz. Help?

Your cpu is just auto turbo like it should be from what im seeing, as for the ram that's an odd one however it could be auto clocking with the cpu certain ram chips will manage to do this
