This morning my PC suddenly frooze and after i restarted it i got this message: "BIOS recovery requested. Starting BIOS recovery... Please insert USB flash disk with BIOS file." I restarted bios on few different ways but still got this message . My motherboard is G31TM-P35. I downloaded latest bio for it and booted all files from zip on USB but it dont work, it says "Failed to read file - A7529IMS.470", Then i puted only A7529IM.470 file on usb and i got message "File not found - Please copy latest BIOS into USB to recover BIOS". I use USB 2.0 and I disconnected HDD/SDD/DVD. I tried to format USB in FAT,FAT32,NTFS and nothing work.
And i dont know is it important but last night i was on PC and it worked normaly and whole city got Power outage and i went to sleep. And in the morning when i turn on pc, i opened chrome and pc frooze after few seconds.

Solution
Well if thats the case maybe your CMOS has drained and you need to replace it. Also, to flash the BIOS there should be an option in the BIOS to reboot in flash mode, then you choose the BIOS file and it will update. You cant just boot with new BIOS update and it'll magically work if you see what I mean.
Sounds like the outage may have bricked your motherboard, because resetting CMOS reverts your BIOS back to factory settings. Is there a BIOS flash utility with your MB? You need to tell it you have a BIOS update. You cant just boot it from USB. If there is and you went through that process to flash your BIOS (and it saw the file) then theres a good chance you need to RMA your board
