I reset my BIOS to default settings. Initially it would not boot to windows then some how after few restarts it was able to boot back to windows. But the weird thing is it goes to a gray screen before it boots to windows. I don't think this occurred before so I'm not sure what the issue is or if it will cause potential issue in the future. I am not tech savvy by any means so I'm at a lost right now. Once it does get into windows, everything works out fine. I was able to game or just do basic work. The PC is a few days old. Any help is greatly appreciated as I am not tech savvy at all. I've attached a picture of what the gray screen looks like.
