Bios Reset TECRA A11-S3511

I have a TECRA A11-3511 Laptop, I have been locked out of my bios and my password no longer works. How can I reset it?

I'm sorry if I've violated your policies, but I did contact the manufacturer and their answer was they can't help me , they recommended using the services of Geek Squad or bringing it to their dealer which is 250 miles from where I live. The reason I posted this question is because Toshiba lists you as a resource to go to for problems.

Not everyone looking for this information is a criminal, in fact most of us have sincerely gotten locked out of our computers for legitimate reason's. For six years I've had this laptop and for six years I've been signing into it everyday with no problems, then one day I go to sign into it and it will no longer certify my password and now the manufacturer will not help me and everyone I reach out to is treating me like a criminal.

We do realize there are perfectly legitimate reasons for this issue, however our rules are very specific and strict regarding this and so we cannot help you with this password issue. Unfortunately if we even knew how to fix it and posted such information here, it could be used for nefarious purposes outside of you, since his site is highly indexed by Google.
