Question Bios reset to defaults, now boots to blue screen .

Hi all, needing a bit of help.

I gave my nephew a gaming laptop (Acer Nitro AN515-57). For some reason he went into the bios and loaded the setup defaults. Now the laptop boots up to a blue screen with no error code.

I've tried booting to USB to reinstall windows but it shows no storage devices when I go to install windows.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

go to bios and check to see if it can see the storage

It shows 3 drives. HDD0, HDD1 and HDD2.
I have 3 ssds installed (2 nvme and 1 sata)

But in the boot tab it only shows Windows Boot Manager

which version of windows?
sound like need to change csm settings

whatever bios change you did to install windows 11. do it again
