[SOLVED] bios resets itself

So this probelm started around 2-3 days ago the pc was working fine and then the bios reset itself so i thought it was a one time thing and after that it booted perfectly normal and now today it reset itself again!!!! what is going on could it be bad bad cmos battery?
if it is do i need to get specific batteries with specific voltage

pc specs- i5 3570
rx 550 2gb
8gb ddr3 4x2 1600mhz ram XMP on
mobo- asrock h61mu3s3
psu- gigabyte p 450b

any help is appreciated thanks!

CMOS battery is CR2032.
Gigabyte p 450b PSU is a heap of cheap bronze rated crap.
Get something decent before it fails and takes the rest of your system with it.

That is what's wrong with your build, owning a Gigabyte PSU and using it on your build!

The other problem can be that your CMOS battery needs replacing but there's no going around the fact that you have a horribly built PSU in your build. How old is the PSU? BIOS version for your motherboard?
