Can you please tell me what is the possible cause of this problem. My bios can detect my 2 ram stick but it shows only 4 GB ram instead of 6 GB ram . In windows it shows 6 gb ram ( 32 gb usable ) . It just happened when I reformat and install windows 10.

MOBO : MS-7721 a58m-e33
CPU: AMD A8-6600K APU
RAM: 2 GB kingston 4 GB APOTOP

and also when I put only installed my new 4 GB ram kingston together with the OLD 4 gb ram stick APOTOP my monitor says no signal even I already reset bios and try it one by one ... But if I put back the 2 OLD ram stick together, my monitor will work fine. Can you help me please? ;( I'm really trying hard to find a solution . PLEASE HELP ME :D

if u remove 2GB stick and keep just 4GB ram, do u have same useable RAM in task manager?
If I keep 4GB ram installed my monitor will be no signal. vice versa If I keep 2GB ram installed my monitor will also be no signal . If I put them both it will work fine but only 3.2GB is usable.

Sorry for the very late reply
