Question BIOS screen is skipped during boot

I have two video cards in my computer. When I connect my monitor to my old GTX 780 GPU the BIOS screen is skipped during boot and goes straight to the home screen.
When I connect my monitor to the new RTX 3070 GPU, the boot process is normal and the BIOS is not skipped.
How can I make it work with my old GPU?
My motherboard is Asus P9X79-E WS

What does it do with the GTX 780 no longer installed (just the RTX 3070)?

Why are you running both the RTX 3070 and GTX 780? I can't see why you would still need a GTX 780. I know under the older cards, many would run a lesser card for Physix but that isn't needed on the newer 3000 series cards.

It works fine without the GTX 780. However, I use both cards for 3d rendering in Octane.

Switch 780 with 3070 slot.
or it might be a bios settings.
