BIOS sees SATA HDD, but windows 8 doesn't, please help

Well, I put together my first build, and everything is fine except for that when I am trying to install windows I get the message "A media driver your computer needs is missing...". My BIOS recognizes my HDD but my Windows 8 doesn't. Please help with this. Thank you in advance.

Is your BIOS set (in Boot Priority Sequence) to boot from the optical drive FIRST, and then from the HDD SECOND? If it is set this way, it should be booting successfully from the optical drive and using the files on that Install CD to find the drivers it needs. At this point, its ONLY source of booting and of required files is the Install CD in the optical drive.
