Question Bios setting changed. Windows won't post

So quick summary, new computer built and I was messing with bios a little due to an unrelated issue and changed a setting from default to "Native" I believe it was the ssd drive setting so something in that catagory. And since the computer will not post. It runs, fans lights and all. But the monitor doesn't even bother waking up to display anything and the computer just begins infinite loop restarting every 15-45 seconds. I've tried the cmos boot switch solution with moving it pins and back with no success. I've tried removing the cmos battery to reset bios still with no success. I can't just reinstall windows again because it won't try to boot off the CD or flash drive so I'm not sure what to do. Any help?
