Question Bios settings Gone Wrong

I was in my workstation z400 bios and i set the pcie slot x16(both of em) compute enable,at the moment it start with red flashes and beeping sound,I saw others with that problem,when i use crisis recovery jumper,it says that my boot is locked and that my bios is corrupted,i need help fast

16gb ram
Gtx 670
240ssd
1tb hd
