Alrighty, So, Ive Looked All Over The Forums And Couldnt Fix my Problem. I have A Completely New Build, And In Bios Its Saying That Theres 2x 8gb in The Slots. But, Only 8192 usable. Ive Tried Resetting Bios, Updating, All That. Ive Switched The Ram Around, And They Both Work.

Either the MB or the RAM.

If I was to guess at this point I would say the MB is the issue here.

Since both ram sticks do work.

Since it's new do a return on the MB etc and get a new one.

The ram has to be installed in different channels.

Either A1 and B1 or A2 and B2.

If it doesn't work then you need a new MB.

You did buy the ram in a Dual channel kit right, not separate.

Alright, I will. Also. When I put the ram is in A1/B1, the cpu light comes on and stays on, which in the owners manual, it says "if an error is found, the critical components LED stays lit up until the problem is solved". Only happens in when the ram is in those two slots.

What about A2 and B2?
