BIOS shows extremely different CPU temperatures than software (e.g. HWMonitor, Core Temp...)

Hello, everyone. I'm new here and I really need your help. I recently bought a computer and my processor is Intel i7 4970K and I have the stock cooler. My friend needs some help with rendering because he has an old PC and right now I'm rendering his stuff using 3ds Max. I have an ASUS motherboard Z97-K and I have the software that comes with it (AI Suite 3). It also has a temperature component. It says that my CPU temperature under stress (during rendering) is about 65 degrees. However other programs such as HWMonitor and Core Temp say that my CPU temperature is around 90-100 degrees. Now I am very scared, I've even tried rendering for about 10 minutes and quickly restarting my computer and entering BIOS to check the temperature there. And it's about 68 degrees. Which is not that bad, right? Now, what am I to trust. Thank you very much for your help. :)

Asus is pretty good at giving there customers good quality software for there own motherboards. I too run Asus suite 3 and I have a radiator/ res. Mine stays around 30C. I would trust more in the company that provided you with your motherboard then as they know there hardware more then a 3'rd party temperature software reader.

a software which show you all temp reading not real bcoz he calculate your cpu usage than post a result
like if your cpu usage is on 80% your temp maybe between 62-70 c* its not real temp its just a calculation which software does and bios could be showing you real temp if you install heat sensor in your pc use Speed fan 4.5.1 nearly right temp .
