BIOS splash screen hangs at startup

After tried to install steamos using usb my pc wont boot anymore. Steamos couldn't format partitions.

When i press power button fans start spining and pc restart after around 5 sec. Nothing shows on screen.

Reprogramed the bios using an ch341a mini programer, removed mb battery also cleared cmos and now BIOS splash screen hangs at startup.
Also tried using only one ram stick and in all ram slots.

While installing steam i selected the automated option.


Motherboard: Asus P7H55-M/USB3

After letting it in the bios splash screen after around 20 minutes it shows this.

Fixed

I forgot to clear bios chip before flashing it.
After clearing and flashing than cleared cmos, system is working fine.
