Question BIOS Startup acting a little glitchy ?

So just literally a moment ago, I was having troubles (for example discord was not loading any pic/video/gif...etc) so I decided to restart the program, wouldn't start up and then I rebooted the pc, this is when things started to act up:

The image above shows the bios name (for my case its Aorus, the bios menu which shows the F12/DEL to edit the bios....etc) and if I decided to enter the BIOS itself to edit anything , this happens:

Other weird stuff started happening, for example the windows will start regularly without any interruptions, loading screen and then username/password. When I enter my pin it tells me this device is offline please try a different sign-in method, and would not recognize my internet connection for some reason (Neither cable nor wireless), after doing a little bit of restarts/shutdowns, suddenly it let me login but I'm not sure for how long will this case stand because my BIOS screen in startup still looks like Image 1, what is/might be the problem I'm facing? and what should I do?

if you have an Intel cpu, see If you can get in to bios, switch to onboard/integrated graphics. Then restart. If it clears up then your gpu is probably going south.

my CPU is i7-8700, don't think it has an integrated graphics, my GPU is brand new (the 3060 ti, just got it 3 months ago so I'm not quite sure it could be it)

FYI: Your i7-8700 CPU does have integrated graphics (Intel UHD Graphics 630).

Sorry my bad I didn't see that this only happens on the bios screen. When you get in to windows to a scan now in your windows PowerShell to check your windows files.

Okay uhm can you explain further how is this done?

So I've ran SFC scan on windows powershell, did not find any integrity violations.

Did you buy windows ten or is it from another computer?

Not sure I remember, I bought a copy before and then I had a copy from another pc at that point. Not sure which is what atm.
