Question Bios stop detecting SATA ports after 2-3 mins.

I have a core i3 7th gen laptop.My laptop stop detecting SATA port after few second.I think its motherboard SATA controller problem.How to fix it?
Even I replace my HDD still no result.It stops detecting both DVD rom and hdd after 2-3 minutes..

What is the make and model of your laptop? An SKU will help us two fold. You might also want to see if you can get into BIOS without a storage device and remain there indefinitely. You might also want to list your storage drives for the sake of reference.

My laptop Is Haier Model H-1562
with american megatrend bios installed.I can get into bios without a storage device.I have seagate storage device
