BIOS Suddenly super slow load time

Ok so I suddenly have a very long loading from the BIOS to windows (30-40 seconds with no post delay). I have an ssd and windows 8 installed and I don't have avast of avg. It used to work much much faster, but suddenly it slowed down. The only thing I did was install a bunch more programs, but I disabled them on startup (Shouldn't they no affect startup anymore?) I can remove programs if that is the issue, but I should be fine disabling them.?.?.?.

So it stays at the Windows logo for 30 to 40 seconds?
Have you added any additional drives or have a USB drive inserted when you boot?
Have you tried a clean boot? Google clean boot Windows 8 for directions (i know you disabled some programs but this will make sure you have nothing starting).
Run scans for malware/viruses?

Yes I ran a scan. No it stays at the bios logo for 30-40 seconds. It loads instantly into windows.

It is on fast boot. THe only usb devices during startup are mouse and keyboard and my boot order is selected to the proper drive.

Contacted asus and I found out after trouble shooting it was a dumb cheap usb tv tuner that was killing th bios speed. I feel so dumb.
