BIOS System Failure

I did the 9.3 BIOS update for my MSI A68HM-E33 and now when I turn on the computer, a screen pops up saying; Your PC needs to be repaired Error code: 0xc000000f

Bios flash gone bad nothing can be done except new BIOS chip.
