Question BIOS/UEFI Flash

I was wondering if flashing my BIOS would erase any data that I already have saved on my computer, such as, my OS, Microsoft Office, or any pictures/videos/data saved on my hard drives. I have an MSI x470 Gaming Plus motherboard.
