i did a bios update and all went fine computer restarted after the update now it wont even power up the fans start spinning then stop keeps on repeating in that manor we have tried to clear the Cmosand still the very same thing i get no screen or anything just a computer trying to power itself up but fails to do so any idea's on how to fix this
