Bios Update After Windows Installation

I have the AsRock AB350 Pro4 motherboard and want to update the bios. The thing is that I already installed windows, some drivers, and games. If I update the bios now, will I have to reinstall everything?

bios/uefi and operating system are two different beasts, and no you will not.

No. BIOS exists outside of Windows. A BIOS update won't effect your Windows installation or programs.
