BIOS Update Failure Please Help!!!!!!

Hello, I tried updating my HP probook 455 G2 (with AMD A8-7100U and Radeon R5) BIOS earlier since there was a much more recent one on HP website (from 1.09a to 1.45a), and since then my laptop hasn't been able to completely boot. On start up the caps lock and NUM key start blinking, and the screen remains blank. Please help me !!!!!!

Update your post to include full probook specs and OS. Also include what you were trying to update and why?

What happened during bios update? Did it go correctly? Normally you should get an update successful message after.

Have you tried clearing the CMOS since the update? (Completely remove battery for about an hour - doesn't always take that long, depends on model but just to be on the safe side)
