BIOS Update Failure

I have a Foxconn H61MXL/H61MXL-K motherboard.Since acquiring an Asus nVidia GeForce GTX 750Ti GPU I have attempted to use the card to no avail. I have come to the conclusion that the BIOS is far out of date and as such have attempted to update, therein lies my problem.

I have attempted to use Foxconn's LiveUpdate application, this backed up my BIOS but when updating it failed at 98%. Ithought I'd give the 750 a go anyway, upon restarting I noticed my PC had the new BIOS in the Setup, but it will not load Windows for my life. The Windows 7 logo appears and as two of the colours appear on screen, the system blue screens and restarts, there lies a never ending loop.

I am currently now stuck with my USB flash drive, with the new BIOS on it and when going through the pdf that I have attached, get to the last three steps, I cannot get it to successfully recover my UUID. Instead I get this message:

C++:
C:\>
Returned when there was insufficient storage space to add the desired structure
UUID recover error ...
C:\>

I am honestly lost as to what I can do, my C:\ drive is not low on space, I believe it to have AT LEAST a few gigs of space. I am as such turning to here in the hopes some kind souls know what I can do.

I am beginning to realise this, alas I now have the issue of having to resurrect my computer as I cannot get passed the Windows logo before it blue screens. Setup is showing the BIOS as updated but I cannot load into Windows whatsoever, save for "Repair My Computer" which gives me very little access to certain things of course.

I am currently trying to figure out why I receive the error message I am currently getting. The BIOS runs a file called XDDMI.exe which attempt to write the UUID to the system, and everytime, fails. This is literally the last in the process before it should be completed which is rather annoying!
