BIOS Update for Fujitsu Celsius Workstation

hello everyone so i wanted to ask where can i find a bios update for the celsius r670 because it is not working well with my xeon e5640s that it supports and also where are the drivers for this machine because and for some reason when ever i plug the power cable in it starts shuts down then i manually need to start it and then it works???

It needs more specicfic information about you system than I have. It seems there is an R670, R670-2, and BIOS and drivers provided for different MB numbers there.
The 2 versions of that system is kind of concerning because early LGA 1366 systems don't always support the later 6 core 32nm CPUs.
