My computer detail are as follow:
AMD Athlon (tm) 64 Processor
1.81 GHz
512MB of RAM
Hard Drive: 80GB

BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 04/12/2005 (NIVIDIA)

I bought the computer in December 2005 with Windows XP and Word 2003 and Excel 2003.

I need a BIOS update. Can you recommend a web site from which I can download the latest update for free? Can you also recommend what version BIOS update I should download?
