[SOLVED] bios update help needed

Hello everyone I have only ever done this twice and not exactly sure how to do it again.
I know it's similar to a normal mobo bios update, however I have just pulled and older server our of storage and went to update to a new cpu, however a bios update is needed.
When I went to ez flash tool2 on my "asus p5e-vm do" and started the flash tool it said warning please make sure to disable the m.e. function. I dont remeber this part at all can anyone help

Hi, It's probably the management engine. Try disabling it in BIOS.

Thank you that was exactly it i havent done that in so long for got got that even existed... Luckily I remember the password from 12yrs ago and was able to reset everything
