Bios update help!

i just reinstalled windows 10 on a ssd and i been lookinf for my bio update and i keep getting errors when i tried to download it and install it im using a gigabyte motherboard model-M68MT-S2P (Socket M2)

Check MB version, it should be marked in the left bottom corner.

i looked up on my motherboards site for a newer version their is one from 2011 im running the 2010 version f1

BIOS has to correspond to MB version. You'll find it etched in left bottom corner of MB.
