BIOS update help

Hey so i dont know if my bios needs a update i think it does this is
Brand:Award Software International Inc.
Version: FA
Date 4/23/2013

i dont know how to update it.

this is some motherboard stuff if it helps:
Manufacturer Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd.
Model GA-78LMT-USB3 (Socket M2)
and my CPU: Name AMD FX-4300


Found out its the only version?
is that bad or does it just mean yeah its the only version? should i do something else like new motherboard or ? idk help please

Flashing the BIOS instructions are in Chapter 2 BIOS Setup.
