Question Bios update help

I wonder if you could suggest, based on the link, which Bios update is correct for my bios?
One is the bios screenshot and second is system info

W3537SS-bios-R1.03.03-EC-R1.03.06
or
W355SDQ-bios-R1.03.04-EC-R1.03.02

1. Why do you need to update the BIOS? Unless an update fixes a specific issue that you are experiencing there is no need to potentially brick a perfectly good laptop just for the latest and greatest.

2. Always refer to the laptop manufacturer's website for such updates. If you manage to somehow install the wrong version for your hardware, again, bricked laptop.

Downloading from Clevo laptops isn't clear.
I have problems charging the battery over 80%
I thought it's controlled by the bios, but the current bios don't have anything.
That's why I want to update and see.

You don't go about updating bios just to "update and see". Given the age of the current BIOS its extremely unlikely that there is an update. And, assuming the battery is around that age it's not the laptop that's the problem, it's that the battery is past its useful life and requires replacement.

It is a new battery.
It could be faulty, I admit, but Batteryinfoview say Health is 100%, so I don't know for sure.
