BIOS UPDATE ISSUE Asus TUF B350-PLUS

My MOBO bios has a feature to update VIA internet, but when I did the update and the system restarted, it threw a fit and said press F1 and something else about bios recovery. So basically it just reverted back to the original BIOS version after installing the new and re-booting.

As it turns out, I realized my BIOS is already up to date. There is an update, but it is for the upcoming APU's.

I was trying to troubleshoot my DDR4 because I am not getting the factory speed of 3200Mhz.

Ryzen is picky with memory more updates in the future will help.
