Bios update MSI Windows 10

So I'm currently trying to update my BIOS so I can get my 6th gen intel CPU working in my pc. I followed the manual and several video, even refered to the support page, when I boot through the flash M in Bios, I click the BIOS and ME it says my flash drive does not contain a Bios download folder, But then I go on to my computer and the space is used in the flash drive and the files are there, am I missing something? B150M PRO- D motherboard.

Try with a FAT 32 formatted USB drive and make sure that you have the E7996IMS.1B0 file on it.
