[SOLVED] BIOS update, No image file detected...

I've tried 3 USB sticks, made sure to unzip file, checked the website model, formatted as FAT32 and used USB 2.0 when updating but I get NOTHING... What should I do?

A couple of options:

1. Buy every Tom's Hardware member a new computer.
2. Let us know what motherboard you're trying to update

I'd probably lean towards the latter option, myself.

After some digging online, I found out that Custom CyberPowerPc PC's like mine come with a custom version of bios that can only be updated via their website. Unfortunately for me they didn't update my bios so I'm stuck with a unrefined interface. I'm definitely getting a new Motherboard though since now I have the sufficient knowledge to upgrade my parts. What B450 motherboard would you recommend for Ryzen 3700x?

Any of the MSI B450 "MAX" series boards or go with the X570 series. These do not require a BIOS update for the third generation Ryzen processors.
