Bios Update on Foxconn 2A8C motherboard

I bought Intel core 2 quad processoor, its compitable with my motherboard but i need bios Update..
I dont know how to update bios and i cant find the files from bios on my moterboard..

Anyone can help me? My motherboard is Foxconn 2A8C

According to the site , flash.bat should run automatically

1. Download the file by clicking the "Download" or "Obtain Software" button and
saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where
the downloaded file is saved).

2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
After the files are unpacked, flash.bat runs automatically to update the BIOS.

NOTE: After the files have been unpacked, the file that was downloaded in Step
1 can be deleted, if desired.

this is my currently bios http://prntscr.com/etx2ib .. Its not that bios

Dont know why it wont run/work then. Try running that BIOS exe file again but right mouse on it / run as administrator.

See if it does something
