Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver
Intel Serial-IO Driver
And a Bios update
Should I do it?it says critical on the bios update, but idk if I should do it,as I am not experiencing any issues
and I will put a ssd in the internal sate port and the hdd in the caddy and another 4gb ram stick,if that could not work because bios update

Solution
Because of the recent spcectre threats, oem makers are pushing out bios updates to address the issue.
Updating a bios has some potential risk.
A failed or interrupted flash can brick your motherboard or make it difficult to recover.
My take is to not update a bios unless the update contains a fix that is impacting you.
Particularly if you are inexperienced.

If you do decide to update, read the instructions carefully.
Be patient. A bios update will appear to be doing nothing for a long time.
There may be no progress indicators.
Do not panic and prematurely stop the process.

For the driver updates, take a system protection checkpoint before doing anything, You can use that checkpoint to recover if an update causes a problem.
It is a...
Well...being you're looking for an opinion...being you aren't experiencing issues...I don't think I would do it. I imagine you know that sometimes updates cause problems, and I don't think I would risk it.

As far as the last sentence of your post.....I don't really understand that part.

It is a good practice to do this anyway. Windows 10 sometimes pushes out less than optimal driver updates.

Lenovo is pretty good about hardware updates. I have had no issue with my Lenovo laptops.
On the ssd, consider a Samsung evo.
Samsung has a nice windows mover app that will move your C drive to a ssd.
You will be pleased with the quickness of a ssd.

On ram, go to a ram site like Kingston and access their ram upgrade app.
Enter your make/model of laptop and you will get a list of supported upgrades.
If you subsequently have any issues, the ram vendor can help.
