[SOLVED] BIOS update required

Im building a new gaming pc (my first) and am using an ASUS ROG STRIX X470-F motherboard and a Ryzen 5 3600x CPU however I’ve now learnt that the motherboard needs a BIOS update to work with the new CPU but I don’t have an older CPU I can use to update the BIOS.

Can anyone help with what I need to do please?

You can take it to to a nearby computer repair shop like, Micro Center or Geeksquad, where they can do it for you or you can buy an A6 9500 from Amazon for $37 to update the bios on your own
