(BIOS UPDATE) rom file romid is not compatible to bios romid (P5GC-MX)

I have this ASUS motherboard

and I downloaded the latest bios. I made my bootable usb using Rufus and installed MS-DOS in it. I putted AFUDOS and the ROM file in a folder then do the process

I am trying to flash it with AFUDOS while trying to flash the ROM it says "rom file romid is not compatible with existing bios romid"

Help, please

You could just put the bios on a cd, put the cd in and start the computer to flash it

Ok, so I just burn the rom into a cd? Can I use Nero? Or tell me softwares where I can do this

You just burn the BIOS files onto a cd
