bios update to f3

Hi guys, I have the GA-AB350M-HD3 motherboard and I would like to update bios from F2 to F3. I download it from here http://www.gigabyte.com.gr/products/page/mb/ga-ab350m-hd3rev_10#support-dl. I want ur help cause since I have the @bios from the App Center of Gigabyte I dont know which file of the three(1. autoexec 2.An application called efiflash 3.And a file F3 called 350MHD3.F3) I select to update the bios.

Do not use @bios to flash the bios in the Windows environment, unless you want to possibly brick your board.

Format a USB stick to FAT32 and copy just the F3 file on its own to the USB stick, not in any folders, just on the root of the drive.

Next, reboot the computer and enter the bios, use the Q-Flash utility in there to flash the bios to the latest version, this is the safest option, once you lanuch Q-Flash, just follow the on screen instructions.
