[SOLVED] BIOS update with CPU that is not supported

Will the MB boot BIOS to update it with unsupported CPU installed?
MB - GA-H81-D3 (rev. 1.0)
BIOS - F3
CPU - i5-4570 (since BIOS F5)
The guy I'm buing it from says that he run it with i3-4130T and F3 BIOS. But Gigabyte suport says that even his CPU is supported since F5 version.

Here they have F3 BIOS with i5-4670K, CPU that is also supported since F5 version.

Most of the times, no, it wouldn't boot, if CPU not supported. Ask the guy to update the BIOS with his CPU installed.

Then I suggest not paying for the board, until installing the CPU and making sure that it is supported.
