Bios update without cpu?

I just upgraded my CPU. It's an i5 4590, and the motherboard is an msi b85 g41 pc mate. Like an idiot, I forgot that with the 4590 I would have to update my bios first. Well so much for that, as I've already swapped my old cpu with the 4590. This sounds impossible, but is there a way to update my bios without a CPU?

You will have to swap back then update , then switch again.
