Hey! So I just finished building my pc, but when I tried connecting to internet with Ethernet it didn’t work. Why is this? And also it says that my gpu isn’t detected is this cause I have a RTX 2070? (Fans are spinning on gpu) So I thought that if I do a bios update it would work. Does anyone know what I can do?

Solution
more than likely this is a driver issue.on another computer,go to your motherboard support site for ethernet drivers as well as chipset drivers.go to your gpu manufacturers site for your gpu drivers.download them to a usb and install to your pc.

Ok, but how do I download it onto my usb?

After assembling your pc, you need to install the motherboard drivers that came on the cd with your motherboard.
In particular, you will likely need the lan adapter drivers.
Windows 10 usually has a workable lan driver, buy your motherboard may be different.

And... flashing the bios is not your solution and you will complicate recovery if the flash fails.
Best way to flash is using a usb stick.

If your graphics card is not detected, check connections.
Have you attached the psu aux power to the 2070?
Is the card seated properly?
