BIOS Update

I have an ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 and I want to update

On the Asus website they have a number of BIOS updates:

Version 1202
Description P6T Deluxe V2 1202 BIOS
Fix Logitech G1 PS/2 keyboard might be sometimes undetectable during POST.

1. Do i only need to download and update using the most recent one? or do I have to update in order starting from the oldest?

2. Also, will my BIOS settings/profiles get erased?

1) update the most recent one only, because it will include other old versions.
2)Yes , after update you need reset the BIOS settings.

Using the manual update that means download the BIOS to the USB to do it.
