I am looking for a bios update for my HP Pavilion m7570n. Where would I find this?

XP system? it so old, HP removed support on them.

Exactly!!! That's why I asked the question. This system was running Windows 10 but I downgraded to Windows 7 which I like a lot better.

If HP have dropped support for that model on account of it's age then you're out of luck since only HP would have had compatible BIOS updates for it.
