Question Bios update

I have an 1155 motherboard with an i7 3770 which needs a bios update to operate. Am I able to swap new hardware Msi am3+ board with an FX8300 install the bio s update for the 1155 board and it work

You have me completely befuddled with your question. What does a AM3+ board and CPU have to do with getting an Intel board and CPU to update the Intel board's BIOS? Maybe if you start by listing the make and model of the Intel board it would help.
